Order Modifications

AtmosFX does not guarantee the cancellation or modification of completed orders.

Digital Downloads - AtmosFX support can refund a digital download purchase only if download attempts are not accessed. Once accessed, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be refunded, due to the nature of digital content.

Gear and merchandise - AtmosFX cannot cancel or modify completed orders for physical products in most cases. After an order is processed for shipping, the contents and address details of an order are final.

Warranty Claims

Returns and Refunds

AtmosFX can accept domestic returns for unopened, unused physical products within 15 days of your delivery date. Customers must provide their own return shipping and shipping costs are not refunded. Click here for more information.
