Order Processing

Physical orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, and may require up to 1 business day to process before they are shipped. Orders of 5 items or more may require up to 2 business days to process.

Order Modification

AtmosFX cannot cancel or modify physical orders in most cases. After an order is processed for shipping, the contents and address details of an order are final.

Lost Packages

Packages that are determined to be lost will be replaced by AtmosFX, according to the terms of our shipping policy. Click here for more information.

Damaged Packages

Any products which are damaged due to courier mishandling may be replaced by AtmosFX, according to the terms of our shipping policy. Click here for more information.

Late Packages

AtmosFX is not responsible for orders arriving late due to courier delays or failed deliveries.
