As we have embarked into our next chapter in life, one of the things that we have been working on is downsizing. We live in a 4 bedroom house and our upstairs is where our daughter’s room was. She has since moved out and that room is completely empty because we don’t need it full of stuff. There is also another room upstairs that has been a dumping ground for awhile now and it is slowly being cleaned out as well. While it holds holiday items, children’s books and of course lots of memories. While I’m not ready to just get rid of them all I have been simplifying things for the past couple of years and this year I’ve been working on decorating items.
