You are probably familiar with the American scenes at Halloween: houses decorated with decorations, projections on windows, eerie sounds in the background and lighting in the garden and on the facade. We are not crazy about Halloween in the Netherlands yet, but the holiday is becoming more and more popular. Reason enough for us to take a look at how we can give our house a Halloween makeover with (smart) gadgets.
The biggest challenge of this project was of course the projections, for which we collaborated with two parties. From AtmosFX we got different projections. This is an American company that focuses purely on images that can be projected during holidays on windows, walls, televisions, doorways and even objects. To project the images on the windows, BenQ supplied us with the GV30 projector and the TH685i projector.
