We love seeing out-of-the-box decoration displays during the Halloween season. It affirms what we have always known: The creative AtmosFANs around the globe will always find new and surprising ways to decorate. Ways we never even thought of!
This week we want to highlight what we call out-of-the-hatchback thinking. Grant Roberts created this clever twist at this Halloween event in Logan Township, N.J. Needless to say, this Jurassic Park–themed display delivered chills and thrills – just like ghosts and monsters do! Grant was participating in a local trunk-or-treat event in his township – something we all have seen more and more of these days as people seek ways to create a fun and safe trick-or-treating experience. Especially for little kids. And what excites the younger crowd more than dinosaurs?
Grant uses Dinosaur Encounter Decoration Collection to create an immersive experience for children willing to peek and see what, exactly, is in the back of the car.All the extra detail really sells the effect – the jungle plants, burlap and barbed wire all help to obscure the screen on which the decoration is displayed, making the dinosaurs seem more real. And the large foam facade set up around the car ensures that the display inside is a completely immersive experience. It is no surprise that kids lingered around the display, trying to catch another glimpse of a dinosaur. “Everyone says our trunk-or-treat is the best they’ve seen,” he says.
We cannot argue with that. Great work, Grant!
