Who says you need snow to have a magical Christmas? Paul H. from Englewood, Florida, has found a way to bring the North Pole to his doorstep – literally! With a clever use of AtmosFX Decorations in his doorway, Paul makes it appear that some high-profile guests are wintering at his home for the holidays.
Using the Singing Snowman and Santa’s Visit decoration collections, Paul has created a display that’s stopping traffic – both automotive and the golf cart variety. By placing AtmosFX Window Projection Material in his doorway and back-projecting the decorations, Paul has given his neighbors a peek into a world where jolly old St. Nick and a charming snowman have taken up residence.
In the first image, we see Santa himself, larger than life, appearing to stand just inside Paul’s home. The second image showcases a friendly snowman, complete with a dapper top hat and colorful scarf singing a holiday carol, seemingly ready to step out and offer a warm hug – though in Florida’s climate, maybe a cool breeze would be more welcome.
It just goes to show that you don’t need an elaborate setup to create a powerful and effective decoration.
