It’s AtmosFAN of the Week time again – as it always seems to be this time of year. (And really, what could be better?)
This week we take you to New Jersey, near Philadelphia, where Mike Epstein and his family have been prepping for their biennial Halloween party. They call it “Extreme Halloween” – and with AtmosFX window projections in all of the street-facing windows, among many other decorations, it is easy to see why.
“Halloween is our family's favorite holiday, and people come from all around to see our setup,” Mike said. “Our neighbors hate us because they have to buy extra bags of candy.”
The way we see it: Your neighbors also get a front-row view of a really cool Halloween display.
One of the things we love about Mike’s display can be seen at the midway mark of the video. The duo added a Hollusion projection in their two-car garage, even building a little room with scenery in the background. As you can see, the projection of Phantasms looks three-dimensional, and the Hollusion Projection Material is almost invisible.
There’s more work to be done, Mike says, as they prepare for their Halloween party. Another Hollusion effect is in the works, probably using Macabre Manor or Zombie Invasion!
So to you, Mike and Team Extreme Halloween, we crown you Freak of the Week. Congratulations – we will be sending you a $9.99 discount code for any AtmosFX Digital Decoration. And when the party does take place, make sure the bar tab stays open for the neighbors – after all, they’re spending all their money on extra candy!
