Are You a Minnesota Hellraiser?

For those who’d like a little mayhem to accompany some delicious Twin Cities beer this Memorial Day – and to do so while supporting a worthy cause – we encourage those who live near Minneapolis-St. Paul to check out Hellraiser Haunted Carnival's "Hellraiser II: The Return of Hellraiser".

This fundraising event, which takes place from 6-9 p.m. on May 30 at the Southern Theater in Minneapolis, supports the Twin Cities Horror Festival. It is a great way to get pumped for this deliriously devious 11-day festival, now in its fifth year.

The three-hour fundraiser will feature terrifying carnival games, horrifying snacks and a most murderous silent auction which, we are delighted to say, includes AtmosFX Digital Decorations. Hellraiser II will also feature the announcement of the shows selected to be a part of the 2016 Twin Cities Horror Festival lineup, set for Oct. 27 through Nov. 6, 2016.

Why do we support the Twin Cities Horror Festival? First of all, because it's cool. But we also appreciate how the event strives to maximize both audience entertainment and payout to artists. Hellraiser II exists to defray the operating costs of the festival, allowing it to pursue its mission of maximizing financial payouts to artists. Anything that encourages the unbound creativity of horror fans – that is something we can support!
