We Can’t Quit You, Halloween! Another Great AtmosFAN Display

Now that was a good Halloween. And we are not ready for it to be over! And thankfully, it doesn’t have to be, because we’ve got countless AtmosFAN photos and videos arriving from around the world – have you sent us yours, yet?! To keep the good vibes rolling, let’s take a peek at this entire-house display from Andrew H. of Lancaster, New York.I mean, how can you not get nostalgic for Halloween 2023 when you see Halloween decoration displays like this? How soon ’till Halloween 2024?

There’s a lot to love about Andrew’s display, most notably how he puts so many different AtmosFX display modes to good use. We see Hollusion mode, window mode, the 3DFX Form and something we think every household should absolutely do: A giant surface mode display on the garage door! (If you have a garage door, of course.) That’s one of AtmosFX’s newest decoration collections, by the way – Legends of Halloween: Gargoyle.

But let’s start with a nifty pumpkin prop display at the beginning of the video. We’ve been seeing more of this technique of late, and we think it is terrific. Instead of projecting Jack-O’-Lantern Jamboree 3 Decoration Collection onto three uncarved pumpkins (which is already a great effect), Andrew loaded the digital file into projection mapping software and duplicated the images to create more singing pumpkins! Now, he has an entire pumpkin patch singing the theme to ‘Ghostbusters.’

Andrew’s 3DFX Form display of Macabre Manor Decoration Collection is also terrific. He’s done a wonderful job with projector placement so that the projected image fits perfectly onto the mannequin-like prop, with almost no light spill. That makes the prop truly pop when the Lady of the House shows her, uh, less-than-genial side.

We could go on and on. But why not instead look at the video? There’s always more to see – and Andrew’s neighbors seem to agree

“Unfortunately, we live on a cul-de-sac, so the spectators are limited,” Andrew tells us. “But all of the neighbors loved it and visited it often to see what new items were added.”

Great work, Andrew! And happy Halloween – we can’t wait to see what you add next year!

Alas, Halloween is now 364 days away, but that doesn’t mean we won’t continue to revel in it! Make sure to send us your photos and videos from this past Halloween, and we’ll continue to honor AtmosFANs of the Week all year! Every submission will earn you points for use at AtmosFX.com, and winners will get a free decoration collection of their choice.
