Reseller FAQ

What is your refund/replacement policy?

AtmosFX does not offer refunds or replacements on reseller orders except for very unique cases. Please review your signed reseller agreement to understand your responsibilities as an AtmosFX reseller.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

No, an order cannot be changed once it is submitted. AtmosFX strives to ship out orders ASAP. This places the responsibility of confirming that the products, quantities, address and all other order information is entered correctly when an order is placed in the AtmosFX Reseller Portal.

Do you offer any coupons in your reseller store?

No, we do not offer any coupons for our the AtmosFX Reseller Portal. From time to time we may offer short term price changes or discount deals on reseller orders that will be available to all resellers. When these occur notification will be provided in the AtmosFX Reseller Portal, through reseller email notification or both.

Do you utilize a MAP policy?

Yes, as an approved AtmosFX reseller you have agreed to abide by the MAP policy outlined in your reseller agreement. You are responsible for reading and understanding your AtmosFX reseller agreement. If you would like to report a MAP violation, please email sales@atmosfx.com and we will promptly investigate.

Does AtmosFX employ a reseller buy-back program?

AtmosFX does not have a buyback policy. It is your responsibility as a reseller to confirm and commit to the products and product quantities in your order.

What should I do if I find a reseller violating the AtmosFX MAP policy?

We appreciate all resellers helping us maintain MAP on all AtmosFX products to ensure fairness for all resellers. Please report all violations to sales@atmosfx.com so that we may investigate the matter.

Can I bundle AtmosFX products with other products?

As a reseller, you do have the ability to bundle AtmosFX products together or with non-AtmosFX products. You are restricted from bundling AtmosFX products with products and brands that are in direct competition with AtmosFX. For further information, please refer to your reseller agreement.

Can I get a box of mixed SKUs of your DVD and SD Card Collection decorations?

No, each box (master pack) contains single SKU products. If you need to order more than one SKU then you are required to buy a minimum of one box for each SKU.

May I get different pricing for your products than what is listed in your reseller store?

Prices set in the AtmosFX Reseller Portal are non-negotiable. From time to time we may offer short term price changes or discount deals on reseller orders that will be available to all resellers. When these occur notification will be provided in the AtmosFX Reseller Portal, through reseller email notification or both.

May I get a different quantity than what is listed?

Reseller products are available in set master pack quantities. These set quantities cannot be split, changed, modified or reduced. If you are interested in becoming a large reseller, please contact sales@atmosfx.com.

What are the quantities within each product master pack?

The quantities in each master pack are as follows:

  • DVD: 12 units
  • SD Card: 24 units
  • Premium Window Projection Material: 12 units
  • Hollusion Projection Material: 12 units
  • 3DFX Form: 6 units
  • AFXG012 Window Projection Material: 12 units
  • AFXG013 AtmosFX Digital Decorating Kit: 6 units

Do you offer resellers the ability to sell Digital Downloads?

No, we do not offer resellers the ability to sell AtmosFX Digital Downloads at this time.
