Another Week, Another Freak!

It may not be Halloween, but it’s close enough for us! That’s why we’re keeping the Freak train rolling with this week’s Freak of the Week™, Joshua Findlay.

Being the ever enthusiastic creator, Joshua is always looking for new and eye-catching ways to decorate his home. This year, his fog and lights were linked to a computer, which took care of his downstairs decor, but Joshua had some thinking to do about what to place in his upstairs windows. Luckily for him (and us!), Joshua stumbled upon our website while doing some research, and the rest will go down in the annals of Halloween history.

Joshua’s display was the talk of the neighborhood, but not everyone appreciated his efforts (genius is often misunderstood). “I had one neighbor this year who was having a costume dinner party and got a bit irritated with me because his guests wanted to stand outside and just stare at my house all night!”

The attention is understandable. Personally, we think displays like this one are why technology was invented, but we may be a little biased. You can see just how well choreographed all of the elements of his display are in the video below where our family-friendly Bone Chillers and Tricks and Treats digital decorations are featured.

It’s a good thing he has such a great time decorating, because we’re not sure he’ll ever be allowed to stop. “Some years, I have threatened to not decorate and my kids have gotten upset. They love it!” We agree, kids!

Because of his excellent use of Bone Chillers and Tricks and Treats (and his willingness to crash his neighbors’ parties), Joshua received the title of Freak of the Week™ and a $9.99 download of his choice. Congratulations, Joshua!

If you think you have what it takes to be our next Freak of the Week we want to hear from you. If you’ve used our digital decorations, send your photos or video links to and you could be our featured decorator!
